Extremely hot from alcohol

I’ve been drinking since I was about 16, and started drinking more heavily around age 20, I’ve never been someone who drinks everyday but for my early 20’s I’d go out every weekend and get very drunk, I never had a problem with my body while drinking but every hangover I would be extremely hot. I’m 27 now and as of a couple months ago, everytime I drink now, even just one or two drinks I will feel extremely hot while drinking, and of course it will carry onto the next day even if I only keep it at those two drinks. Im confused why it started to happen while drinking now, and why I can feel extremely hot and gross for 24 hours, just from a drink or two. I’ve always been able to deal with the hotness while hungover, but getting it while drinking is unbearable. Anyone know what could be happening? And I do know the science of how your blood vessels expand making you feel more hot from alcohol etc, Im just confused why if alcohol causes this effect, why doesn’t everyone feel hot like this from it?
