Alcohol and cardio

Now I’m not talking about crazy cardio. No spinning classes, nothing in the running department. Just a casual bike ride on the beach (id say 5 miles over 60-90 mins). If that is done with alcohol in my system would it actually be more advantages to sit on the couch then exert myself drunk? Not wasted. But drunk. Sober enough to bike ride 8 miles…but drunk. The reason I ask is because I find myself becoming an alcoholic. Sitting on the couch all day getting fat. And I don’t like being fat. Skinny fat. But still fat. So I’ll go for a 5 mile bile ride scouring for washed up cocaine on the beaches. Would I be better off just watching TV? Essentially, is it more harmful to do anything physical with that alcohol in my body? Am I doing more harm than good? You haven’t found any beached bales have you?
