Punch Recommendations?

It’s my 21st birthday at the end of the month and I’m throwing a party with my friends – our goal is to dress up like renfair wizards and get smashed. I bought a cauldron for the punch and some edible green lustre dust so it’ll look like a potion but now realize I have no idea what drink combinations would get the neon green effect desired. Anyone have any recipes?
