question about a feeling

whenever i get drunk enough when i close my eyes u start to feel a slight tingling in my eyes that’s starts to build up and it feels like it’s spreading through my body but if i open my eyes it goes away but if i hold my eyes shut it keeps building until it feels like a rush of electricity and shivers sent through my whole body n i shake a little, it’s not exactly pleasant but it’s not bad either. i’m wondering what it is? i looked into it and thought it might be something called “brain zaps”but im not completely sure. if it is can you tell me which type ?
