Has anyone had canned wine at parties? What is their experience?

Hi.

I have been to a few parties but I don’t enjoy beer and most spirits. I like bringing wine – there is this Prosecco that comes in 4 packs of 200ml cans that I’ve liked taking but I want to try something different.

I’ve found some canned Pinot noir and canned Chardonnay and I’m thinking of trying those. Although I prefer wine out of bottles, I think cans are easy. I feel like bringing an entire bottle of wine is a bit of a hassle and then I’ve got to borrow a glass from my friend. Canned seems easier.

Would like to know the perspectives of other wine drinkers? How do you drink wine at parties, especially if you’re almost always the only person drinking wine? Do you like bringing canned wine? Boxed wine? Or do you not give af and just bring a bottle?
