How bad is it for a 26 year old to average 2 beers a day?
I’m 26 years old. I’m very active, and healthy. I excercise with cardio and weights obsessively and have a very high level of endurance. I maintain a reasonably healthy diet and I find it’s extremely difficult to put any body fat with my current routine. But I love beer. I probably average 2 a day. I love getting a little buzz in the evening. I usually drink them fast to maximize this. I don’t have an addictive personality and can go weeks without any alcohol and I have no issues. I’m only concerned about how this affects my long term health Can somebody give me some perspective on how much damage this could be doing to my body in the long term. I don’t care about living to 100 or anything like that but I do care about my health so I can continue to Exercise because it’s what I love. Thanks.
