Help Please

135lb 6’2 20m. Yesterday I took a 50mg Sertraline and 25mg Hydroxyzine around 12:30pm for high anxiety. I forgot I took them and around 7pm I drank around 5 maybe 6 shots. I woke up this morning with extreme anxiety that lasted all day long and I keep telling myself I am going to die. I don’t know if I am dying or not. I’m beyond terrified that my liver is failing and this is it. I’ve been drinking 10+ drinks a day for about a month now but decided I need to quit.
