Chest Tremors When Drinking, Is this normal?

19M, I had never drank until March of this year, and I’ll only drink about once a week. As of the past few times I have drank, I’ve noticed my chest and jaw like to shake and shiver as if you were outside in freezing weather and feels really shallow, this is mainly when I talk. Nobody else I have talked to experiences this, and when I looked it up I get “Hangover Shakes” but this is only while drinking and have not drank enough to come near any sort of addiction.

Does anyone experience this or know what it is?
