Alcohol’s drastic effect on puberty.

have you ever wondered how much heavy drinking can actually effect puberty?

I showed my first signs of puberty at the age of 11. very shortly after that i began heavily drinking until the age of 13. and interestingly, I made ZERO progress in pubertal development between those years of heavy drinking… however after i stopped drinking i began developing normally very quickly.

I just thought its an interesting piece of information to share that i quite literally paused puberty. so when i was 14, i had the pubertal development i would have had when i was 12.
