I’m 19 and I drink pretty much everyday

I literally wake up and immediately crave any form of alcohol, I started heavy drinking when my ex left me and it’s been 8 months of continuous drinking to not think about her or any of my problems tbh, I need help but I’m scared to seek it, I also have other substance abuse issues alcohol is just my worst one rn.
