Can alcohol spoil in hot garage ?

Hi All – If alcohol is kept in a non-temp-controlled garage for 12-18 months, is it impacted in any way ? Alcohol in question – partly consumed bottles of Black label, Grey Goose, 1800-Tequila. Garage can get pretty hot in summer.
