Normal after a few sips of a 99?

I’ve been taking 2 sips of a 49.5% alcohol 99 shooter for ~3-4 days now. I never drink, and don’t have a tolerance. 22f. I’m very skinny, around 120 lbs. The first 2 days of doing it, I felt anxious and a tight stomach when the effects wore off, so I just took another sip to make it go away. I took 3 sips yesterday and today my head is hurting, stomach feels tight and inflamed (I have acid reflux and have for 12 years) and I feel anxious. I know a few sips isn’t a lot, but is it enough to affect me like this?
