I’m 19 and from Ireland where the drinking age is 18. But U.S centric Tiktok and Reddit comments make me feel bad when I drink.

Idk what it is but when I go to the pub for a few or drink some wine even tho it’s 100% legal I still feel bad BC it seems a lot of people think drinking before 21 is bad even if you’re not American and it’s legal. Is this just brainrot am I just overthinking.
