Will I throw up drinking 3% alcohol?

I drank, but I didn’t do so legally. I downed almost a whole bottle of a beer that contained 3% alcohol, and I just wanna know if it’ll affect me enough to make me throw up. I’m wary because I’m not trying to let myself get caught by my parents.
