What’s the best way to trade / get rid of unwanted booze?

I have an estate consignment business and from time to time, I get asked to sell / dispose of vintage bottles of wine or liquor (typically valued at $100 or less per bottle). Most of the time, they’re not worth enough to try to consign to an auction house, so I end up getting stuck with 1-4 bottles that I usually end-up purchasing bc I don’t know what else to do with them. Aside from drinking them, is there a good way to trade or sell a few lower value bottles of alcohol every once in a while?
