Honey with propolis containing some amount of alcohol?

Hello . Random ass post but is it possible for homemade honey with propolis to contain alcohol? Its honey from a beekeeper with propolis mixed in, there is no ingredients mentioned, but it has a boozy almost taste and i swear i could feel it and today im feeling little weird. Im asking because ive quit drinking a whiile ago and this gave me that so familiar micro hangover and being a little pissed off for no reason, same as when you have one beer after a long time off drinking and can feel even that little amount the next day.
