Upper Stomach Pain after drinking

Hi guys, been having this excruciating problem that happens from time to time. I’ll take a shot and like 10 min later my upper abdomen will be in a lot of pain. It feels like someone is pushing their fist straight into my solarplex and just leaving it there. It gets so bad I have to lay on my back and almost “stretch” out the area, as well as I found putting an ice pack directly on the area helps a lot. It will always go away in about 10-15 min, it literally feels like a cramp being released, and just like that it will be gone and I’m back to normal. This only happens once when I’m drinking and I’m able to drink more afterwards pain free. Anyone else have a similar issue? And what could be the issue? I don’t think it’s my liver, I’m 22 and don’t drink my much at all. 1-2 shots before I cook dinner. I’ve included a picture of almost exactly where the pain is.
