I accidentally gave myself Alcoholic Neuropathy
I don’t even have to get it diagnosed, I know for a fact that that’s what this feeling is. Tingliness pretty much all throughout my body, numbness in my lips, trembles. This comes after basically finishing 2/3rds of a 1.75 liter bottle of vodka over a period of 24 hours. I couldn’t tell you how many I’ve gone through over the past two years.
I’m going cold-turkey with alcohol. Realizing how serious my alcoholism has potentially affected my sensation for the rest of my life is enough for me to put down the bottle for good.
Once you have it, it takes a lot to recover the nerve damage, and some of it almost certainly won’t recover.
Save yourselves, before it’s too late. Good luck.
