Wierd asf hangover

I drank about 3/4 of a nagin of vodka two days ago and last two days I’ve had no typical hangover symptoms like headaches but I still feel drunk with extreme brain fog and a bit disorientated I don’t drink often and not this amount even thought it’s not much Anyone have ideas or snyhring that can help?
