Twisted tea stomach pain

Hello,

I have around 1.3 drinks per day on average. Usually beer or wine; sometimes hard liquor such as whiskey or mezcal. I rarely feel any negative side effects from this, however, whenever I drink more than a single twisted tea my stomach hurst a lot. It feels almost like a cramp or having gastritis. No other liquir maies me feel this way. Does anyone else experience this? What could this be caused by? How can I mitigate this (I love twisted teas)?
