PLEASE HELP ASAP

Long story short, this girl I’m friends with that’s super long distance (across the country) called me after she went to the club. She said was drinking with a guy, and now she got so messed up that she literally can’t even talk. She called me totally slurring her words like never before, and started uncontrollably vomiting. She was begging for help and couldn’t get many words out. I called her family to pick her up, and now it’s been about 3 hours and she still can’t speak, she can only make noises and she’s trying to communicate but can’t. She freaks out at the mention of any ER or Hospital. On the scene before her family picked her up was the fire department who checked her vitals and said she was just drunk, but I have the feeling something else is going on. Is there anything you guys know about this??? I mean she’s still fully responsive and her sister tells me she doesn’t really show any of the telltale signs of alcohol overdose, but I think something else is going on, like maybe someone drugged her drink or something. I can’t seem to convince them to take her to the hospital because she doesn’t want to go herself. So please, anything guys I need help.
