Apple juic

got a frozen apple juice mix that has a frozen glob that you put into water and stir to make apple juice and put it into an empty apple juice bottle wich I forgot about when I saw it today I saw the bottle pressurized like a foot ball with allot of carbonation I opened the lid a a little and it smelled like alcohol mainly like wine did I create an alcoholic beverage on accident and if so is it safe to ingest?
