ETG Hair Test Cut-Off Question

Hi, I have to pass a few ETG hair tests in the next few months. I got the information from the testing I would do first, the next few are specified by a different place (this first one goes through LabCorp they said for this first one) and they said that the test would have an initial test cut off of 20pg and the confirmatory level is also at 20pg. Does it mean that less than 20pg would be reported as just ‘negative’ and that it would pass? I have to pass 3 of them and have them sent to my counselor but can start whenever, though the sooner the better. In the last 2.5 months I have drank 2 or 3 couple of times (6-9 drinks) and have mouth swabs/breathalyzer to show current sobriety/abstinence if needed but if I could pass this first test now I would start but if not then I need to wait awhile I think?
