chest pain

hi i’m 21 (f) for mother’s day my husband got me a martini mixed bottle with 13% alcohol i’ve had 2 babies back to back and rarely drink i took a single sip and as soon as i drank the sip my chest started hurting has that ever happened to anyone and know why? i’m scared to drink more of my drink cuz i don’t want to be in pain i did get gallbladder removal surgery recently🤦‍♀️
