Expensive vodka like Absolut (but better)

Im looking to get a gift for my elderly neighbor for mothers day (she doesn’t have any kids). She’s serbian and loves absolut vodka, I think it’s the only type she drinks. Im not sure if its a cost thing or a preference. But I think it would be a nice gesture to get a small bottle of very expensive vodka, which is similar in taste to absolut. Any suggestions??

Alternatively I know she only drinks vodka tonic (with polar tonic), so is there some accessory which would go well with that? Maybe a special type of glass?
