question?

so i went out drinking last night and had a good amount of drinks. and this morning im up with horrible stomach pains, this usually happens i drink and then my stomach hurts but i think its because the alcohol making my bowels actually move for once (bc im chronically constipated) could this be the reason for the pain or is it something else
