I find myself drinking a lot because I’m bored.

I drink 3-4 times a week as of lately. I’m 25 270lb 6”4. I can drink a 750ml of vodka in a day when I get home from work around 3pm. Idk if I’m an alcoholic because the only reason I do drink is from not wanting to feel bored. It hasn’t effected my job and honestly don’t see a negative in it yet since it doesn’t effect my responsibilities. But I’m worried it can classify as addiction.
