Alcohol in bloodwork

Hi me (17m) has a girlfriend (15f) and she had a little bit of alcohol tonight and has bloodwork for gallstones in the morning and she’s freaking out that her parents will find out in the bloodwork she drank last at 7:30 tonight and has bloodwork at 8 tommorow morning is this a legitimate concern or not a worry at all
