Is it dangerous to take 2 shots of vodka at once?

I want it to kick in fast because it’s all I have left and I just want to be drunk but I’m afraid it’s not enough to make me drunk. I’m also scared of getting alcohol poisoning from drinking too much at once. Is this safe?
