What can I drink that won’t heavily impact muscle growth?
Ive gotten really into going to the gym recently. My go to booze is beer which is probably the worst alcohol to drink when trying to build muscle. I’m not trying to be massive, just tighten up and put a bit of muscle on
I know any alcohol will negatively affect gains, but i’d like to not have to quit drinking altogether, so what are some better alternatives to beer?
