Does alcohol bloat your face?

I’ve drank before but never more than half a glass of wine. Been wanting to get wasted for so long since I’m now of age. Only problem is I’ve heard stories of how people with good jawlines and cheekbones loose it permanently to some sort of “facial bloating” from alcohol. How likely is this to happen from a couple shots? Is it permanent?
