Recommendations for Sipping (Any Liquor!)

I’ve been trying to expand my liquor palate and would love some recommendations for new bottles to try. I’m interested in any and all types of liquor!

I would love any suggestion for a bottle that you personally love. Lately I really enjoyed a bottle of Lagavulin 16. When in doubt I buy Maker’s Mark. I also really liked Laphroaig 10, but preferred the Lagavulin. I love anejo tequila but haven’t tried anything beyond the popular brands like Casamigos, Don Julio, etc. I like slow sipping my liquor neat, and I love a good bite to my drink (but not required). Any ideas?
