How to deal with anxiety
I went binge drinking 4 days in a row and did speed instead of sleeping. When I slept the sleep was rather a knockout and sucked. I did a lot cringy stupid stuff and for the past 24 hours I have been dealing with pretty intense physical and mental anxiety. I also felt a bit down as expected at first but the reminder to “just be happy bro” works pretty well for me haha.
However, “just don’t be anxious” doesn’t work at all.
I even considered getting 1 or 2 drinks to get rid of this burden but I feel like that would just delay the problem to tomorrow.
