Am I allergic to alcohol?

Sometimes when I drink I may get a cough, puffy face in the morning, and have symptoms similar to that of a cold (runny eyes/runny nose). Oddly enough, it doesn’t happen every time. Why does this only happen on certain times I drink? I’m gluten intolerant but I always make sure the drink is GF before I go in. What’s going on? (Male, 23, social drinker)
