I dont understand drinking and driving

How could you still think you can drive if you are drunk? Is it me who is too conscious even drunk ( rn im on a 375 ml of fireball in the last hour and im not used to alcohol) to understand how you cant see you are impaired beyond being able to do focus related work/activities/transportation ?Who is dumb enough to think that with 400 ping you can drive a car , or even as a reference to what i feell like take out ur old ipod 4th gen and put it in front of you as to not see anything but the screen and just film around , the delay is pretty much the same. Still i wouldnt even try to fry something in oil rn , am i just schizo and paranoid about stuff in general even while drunk? Do i have too much self introspective ?
