Do certain alcoholic drinks actual go bad after the expiry date?

I don’t drink much, not because of any problems. Just because it was never a big thing for me. Maybe once or twice a year. Anyways, the last time I bought any was around the end of 2021. It was a small bottle of Canadian Whiskey and small bottle of Bailey’s (expiry 2022). I haven’t drank since then and never opened the Bailey’s at the time. The whiskey I am assuming is fine, it was opened, but I’m guessing since it’s just alcohol it’s fine. The Bailey’s though I’m more unsure of because of the dairy. It was unopened though, until now. I opened it out of curiosity and it smells no different then any Bailey’s I’ve ever smelled. I poured like half a cup and it was still smooth. The whiskey also smelled normal. So, just curious besides the smell being completely normal, is there anything I should be worried about drinking these?
