is it irrational to fear wetting the bed drunk

hi there, i’ve only really drank a handful of times, never really been too drunk, but i have a really big fear about wetting the bed, specifically if i stay over at my boyfriend place after drinking. this has never happened to me before so i don’t know why i’m so worried, maybe because of lack of drinking experience and that a year and a half ago out of nowhere i woke up to a wet bed. does anyone have information or statistics on how likely it is to wet the bed drunk?
