Would this get me buzzed?

I’m 18 years old and am now the legal drinking age in my country. I am pretty light at 135lbs 5’10 male. I wanted to drink for the first time but was wondering what would get me not wasted but buzzed. I have 2 smirnoff beers each 4.5% alc if i drank both of these within a hour or 1.5 hours would i feel it?
