Can we normalise crippling anxiety after drinking?
I dont mean the usual “hangxiety” where you are worrying about what you did or what you said the night before. I mean the crippling anxiety out of nowhere that can sometimes lead to panic attacks for no particular reason. I could be chilling playing video games or out shopping with my partner and just feel this overwhelming anxiety that makes me feel so scared, for example, heart palpitations, feelings of dread and doom and body and facial tingling. For me it usually happens an hour or two after waking up and after I had multiple panic attacks from those feelings but since I have learned to control it.
What do you guys think of this?
