Liver problem and alcohol

When I was 14 I tried to commit suicide by taking 30 Tylenol pills. It didn’t work and I didn’t go to the hospital, just thugged it out at home. I searched up the side effects of taking that many Tylenol- and it linked with liver problems and damage to the liver. Now I’m 18 and every time I drink some alcohol my stomach starts to hurt after. Is this normal? Or am I just experiencing it because of my liver? (These are my first times drinking so idk 😭🫠)
