Have you ever gotten sick after one drink? Puked after one margarita and trying to figure out what happened.

23F, I’m pretty small. I’ve been drinking since I was 17 and while my tol has definitely lowered since then I can still put away a good 5-6 drinks while successfully making it home, remembering the night and not necessarily being hungover. I haven’t really had hard liquor since early January but I still drink wine, beers, cider pretty regularly.

Today I had 3 full meals. I don’t even usually eat breakfast but I was prepping for National margarita day on a work night * wanted to be able to drive home after a few hours. Dinner was ramen, some toast and some ice cream cuz I was stressed and I felt full.

Anyway, went out for margs 1.5h after dinner. I had ONE marg, got super tipsy. Felt a little spinny. After about 2 hours and maybe a 5th of the way thru my second marg I had to go puke?? And then I felt pretty damn sober.

Do y’all ever have your tolerance drop down or something? I ate all normal food that’s pretty hard to get food poisoning from, and my friends were drinking the same marg so it’s not like it was drugged. WTF happened today
