Weird rash on face when drinking occasionally.

I’m a 21 year old female and this started happening in September of last year. It’s only happened about 4 times since then, but it doesn’t really seem to be connected to a specific type of alcohol as I can react to one one day and not react to the same alcohol the next, and it doesn’t happen every time I drink. I did see a dermatologist who seemed not really concerned. It doesn’t come on with my first drink either, it’s more so just completely random and goes away within an hour whether I keep drinking or not. I can seem to get it to go away faster if I apply something cold to my face or take a cold shower. Does anyone know what this could be a sign of, such as an allergy of some sort?
