I need help

Hi I’m celebrating my 18th birthday in a few days and I found a Belvedere 1L red special edition for aids vodka in my fathers garage. He bought it in 2012. and never opened it. I’m curious how safe is it to drink it. Looking closely I can se some weird spots on the surface of the wrapping I’m supposing. The garage is made from cement and it isn’t insulated idk if it gets hot during summers. If you need more information please ask.
