Favorite TV/movie toasts or drinking scenes, and your own personal favorites

I’m making a collection of toasts, and I’m in need of more. It’s way harder than I thought to try and find a list of toasts/drinking scenes from movies and shows that aren’t wedding related. With that said, please drop your favorite drinking scenes, toasts, drinking one liners and any others you may know. Props if you can point out some from LOTR, True Blood, Sopranos and Peaky Blinders.
