Why does gin make me sneeze?

Gin makes me sneeze so much. Ive noticed it mildly with some wines but the more gin i drink i just cant stop sneezing.

Why? Surely its not the alcohol as its not all alcohols that do it to me? Pls someone reassure me im not becoming allergic to alcohol bc that would be sad. Hopefully im just developing an intolerance to one of the aromatics or smth 😬

Just makes no sense bc gin is supposed to be rly low in histamine?

It never used to happen and ive drank plenty of gin and a variety of alcohols over the last 5 years w no issue, only noticed this over the last 6 months and it seems to b getting worse even with top quality gin.
