Was tasked with getting a co worker a going away gift, need some advice to what to get him

We basically concluded that he likes to drink but we don’t know what, so we basically all chipped in and just said get him a box filled with everything.

So basically I’m just gonna do that, just a box with multiple different liquors I suppose. what should I throw in there?
