Really, how to combat hangovers?
Hey folks,
Wanna share my college experience with you. I rarely drank before college. In fact, I was very negative about it, but something happened when I entered a new stage of my life. Suddenly, I found myself caught up in the lively social scene: parties, late nights, and, of course, lots of drinking. As the weeks rolled by, I realized that my newfound social habits came with a price…the notorious hangover. Mornings became a battlefield against headaches and a queasy stomach. I guess the main reason was that I’m actually a skinny person who eats less than I should’ve.
I tried numerous ways to combat it. Pills didn’t really help, and drinking plenty of water didn’t either. Taking a cold shower was a decent remedy, but I have some issues with blood pressure, so I quickly stopped doing that. One of my friends suggested trying hangover patches. It actually seemed like a waste of money and time, so I refused.
I wanna try it next time, but I wanna hear your opinions first. Did you have any positive experience with such patches? If not, what should I try instead?
