Red face and blotches of red on chest the day after drinking

I drank last night and noticed about 20 hours later my face is red and warm and I have light red splotches on my chest. I just started Prozac but I didn’t take it last night bc I was drinking. Should I be concerned? Should I go to the hospital or wait until tomorrow and schedule and appt

I don’t really drink that much but last night I was drunk.
