Different alcohol moods?

Does anyone know the reason why we get different moods and feelings for different types of alcohol? Wine makes me happy. Relaxed. So easy going. Vodka makes me snappy. Little patience. On edge and almost combative. I was trying to cut calories by switching up to vodka but I just don’t nearly enjoy the feeling I get with wine. Why is this a thing?😅
