Think I’m slowly getting more allergic to alcohol

Over the last few years I’ve slowly noticed I’ve gotten blotchy on my face. Tonight I’m really blotchy on my face and legs and old scars like these old cooking ones are standing out. I’ve taken 2 antihistamines. Is there anything else I can do or am I looking at going tee total
